Located in Texas' beloved Hill Country, less than a mile from Fitzhugh Road, 13 miles from downtown Austin & 8 miles from Dripping Springs, the property boasts a two bedroom, one bathroom cottage set on a private acre of mature oak studded and private yards with spaces to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Inside, the cottage is light-filled and stylish, spacious under vaulted rustic corrugated metal ceilings and generous with modern amenities.
The cottage is the perfect stay for a small group of friends, two couples, or small families.

Or head out to one of the locally owned bakeries and restaurants - one of our favorites is right up the street, a lovely country-road stroll for true morning folk.
Put a record on the record player, and enjoy the cool air conditioning in the hotter months, or the warming electric fireplace and outdoor fire table when it's chilly. Browse through a selection of collected books, board games and puzzles, play a little guitar, stream your favorite shows, or take an afternoon siesta in the outdoor hammock.
